Delivery Hours: Deliveries occur only between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. to remain compliant with state and local regulations.
Age Verification: At delivery, we verify your age (21+ for recreational, 18+ with medical authorization) using electronic ID tools and confirm your receipt of the order.
2. Returns & Exchanges
No Returns on Cannabis Products: Due to California law, we cannot accept returns of cannabis products for general reasons like change of mind.
Exceptions for Defects:
If a product fails to meet quality standards or is defective, we may offer an exchange or replacement.
To qualify:
The request must be made within three days of delivery.
You must have the original packaging and receipt.
The product must be at least 50% intact (e.g., cartridges require some content remaining) .
Regulatory Returns to Suppliers: Per California regulations, any product returns between licensed entities (like to a supplier) must be recorded in CCTT via a return manifest and handled through the proper “seed-to-sale” channel—not sold again without compliance.
3. Refunds
No Refunds for Cannabis Products: Refunds are not available for cannabis items unless the product is defective and approved for an exchange as described above.
How to Request an Exchange:
Contact us via our customer service channels within 3 days of delivery.
Provide your receipt, order details, and a description of the issue.
If approved, we’ll arrange a safe, compliant pickup or drop-off for the replacement item.
